1. The sellers
- Finished paintings are sold by [site.yaml: sellers.ready.name] (a private individual), [site.yaml: sellers.ready.address].
- Commissioned paintings are painted and sold by [site.yaml: sellers.custom.name], sole proprietor (FOP), [site.yaml: sellers.custom.address], [site.yaml: sellers.custom.tax_status].

2. A request is not a commitment
The form on the site is a request, not a purchase. Sending it does not commit you or the seller to anything, and nothing is charged. After your request the seller contacts you to confirm the painting's availability, the price, shipping cost and payment method.
The contract is formed when the seller confirms the order in writing (by email or messenger) and you pay the invoice or the deposit as set out in section 4. [Юрист: момент заключения договора и форма акцепта]
3. Prices and currency
- Prices are for the original work and exclude shipping.
- The base price is in US dollars. For your country it is shown in local currency, converted at the exchange rate on the date the site was last updated and rounded.
- The price and currency you saw when sending the request are saved with it. The final price is stated in the confirmation and invoice and does not change once the invoice is issued [срок действия счёта — указать].
- The invoice is issued in your country's currency or in another currency by agreement. Your bank's fees and currency conversion on your side are paid by the buyer. [проверить]

4. Payment

- Commissioned painting: a 30% deposit after the sketch is approved; the balance after you approve the finished work from photos, before shipping.
5. Shipping
- Paintings ship from Odesa, Ukraine [службы доставки — указать].

- Shipping cost is calculated for your address and stated in the confirmation. Shipping is insured for the full value of the painting. A hanging kit and level are included.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is received. If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the painting and write to studio@ularts.com within [2 days] — we will file an insurance claim.
6. Import duties and taxes
For buyers outside Ukraine the painting ships as an international parcel. Any import duties, taxes (including VAT) and charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer on receipt. 7. Returning a finished painting
You can return a finished painting within 14 days of receiving it if it does not suit you — no reason needed.
- Tell us at studio@ularts.com within 14 days of receipt. Buyers in the EU and the UK may use the model form below, but it is not required.
- Send the painting back within 14 days of telling us — in its original packaging, undamaged, with the certificate.
- Return shipping and its insurance are paid by [покупатель — проверить].
- We refund you by the same method you paid, within 14 days of the painting arriving back with the seller.
If you live in the EU or the UK, this is also your statutory right to cancel a distance contract. These terms do not limit it.

8. Commissioned paintings
- You describe your idea in the request, and we choose the size together.
- The artist sends two sketch options free of charge, with two free rounds of changes.
- Once the sketch is approved, you pay a 30% deposit and work begins. It takes [4–8 недель или 10–21 день — уточнить] from the deposit.
- The finished work is sent to you for approval as photos. After your "yes" — the balance is paid and the painting ships.

9. Certificate and copyright
- Every painting comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
- When you buy a painting you own the original. Copyright stays with the artist: the work may not be reproduced, printed or used commercially without her written permission. 10. How the work looks on screen
Tones on screen depend on display settings and may differ slightly from the original. Sizes exclude any frame, with a tolerance of up to [1 cm].
11. Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, write to studio@ularts.com and we will try to resolve it by correspondence. The contract is governed by the law of Ukraine. [проверить] If you buy as a consumer and live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country's law.
12. Changes to these terms
An order is governed by the terms in force on the date it is confirmed. New versions are published on this page with a new date.
